With the divorce rate approaching 50%, many employers have staff whose working lives are profoundly affected by family breakdown. We provide specialist assistance to employees on behalf of an organisation’s human resources (HR) department, help that is not available elsewhere.
Most absences from work caused by family breakdown are hidden from HR departments and employers, employees simply take time off stating depression, stress or anxiety as the cause.
We aim to help these staff get back to work sooner (spending less time off work through sickness) and help them cope with the problems of family breakdown and divorce.
